摘 要:依据2020年版《保健食品理化及卫生指标检验与评价技术指导原则》对保健食品红景天胶囊中红景天苷和酪醇的测定进行不确定度评定。建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定红景天胶囊中红景天苷与酪醇含量的不确定度数学模型,同时对检测流程中可能产生不确定度的各分量进行评定。结果显示,在95%置信概率(k=2)下,红景天胶囊中红景天苷和酪醇含量的扩展不确定度分别为0.12 mg/g和0.013 mg/g,检测结果为X红景天苷=(3.67±0.12)mg/g,X酪醇=(0.400±0.013)mg/g。经评定,该模型的不确定度主要来源于标准物质的纯度、标准系列溶液配制和样品回收率。Evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of salidroside and tyrosol in health-care food rhodiola capsules based on 2020 Edition of the Technical Guiding Principles for Inspection and Evaluation of Physicochemical and Hygienic Indicators of Health Food.A mathematical model for the uncertainty of determining the content of salidroside and tyrosol in Rhodiola capsules using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established,and the components that may generate uncertainty during the detection process were evaluated.The results showed that at 95%confidence probability(k=2),the expansion uncertainty of salidroside and tyrosol in rhodiola capsules was 0.12 mg/g and 0.013 mg/g,respectively.The test results were espressed as:Xsalidroside=(3.67±0.12)mg/g,Xtyrosol=(0.400±0.013)mg/g.After evaluation,the uncertainty of the model mainly comes from the purity of standard substances,the preparation of standard series solutions and the sample recovery.
