创新创业视角下企业经营模拟实训课程设计及教学实践探究——以呼伦贝尔学院为例

摘　　要：企业经营模拟实训课程是通过构建虚拟商业社会环境,让学生在虚拟仿真的工作环境中,体验实际工作岗位的各项职能和工作业务流程,旨在提升学生的综合决策能力、执行能力和创新创业能力,但是目前课程侧重于模拟经营,与创新创业结合度有限,对实际创业环境的复杂性和创新性关注不足。本文通过对创新创业视角下教学实践中存在的问题进行分析,从优化课程设计及跨专业知识融合、设计挑战性的目标与任务、创新创业素质提升等方面对课程提出改进思路,为应用型本科院校经管类专业适应创新创业环境的实践教学提供借鉴。The business simulation training course is to build a virtual business social environment,so that students can experience the functions and work processes of the actual job in the virtual simulation working environment,aiming to improve students'comprehensive decision-making ability,execution ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,but the current course focuses on simulated operation,the combination with innovation and entrepreneurship is limited,and the complexity and innovation of the actual entrepreneurial environment are not paid enough attention.This paper analyzes the problems existing in teaching practice from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward improvement ideas for the curriculum from the aspects of optimizing curriculum design and cross-professional knowledge integration,designing challenging goals and tasks,and improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship,so as to provide reference for the practical teaching of economics and management majors in applied undergraduate colleges to adapt to the innovation and entrepreneurship environment.
