摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根和魂,其中所蕴含的天人合一的宇宙观、协和万邦的天下观、和而不同的社会观、人心和善的道德观,既是中华文明悠久历史和人文底蕴的体现,也是中国在世界文化激荡中站稳脚跟的坚实根基。中华优秀传统文化国际传播的底气来源于文化自信,前提是文化自觉,最重要的途径是文明对话,最终目标是实现文化繁荣。加强中华优秀传统文化国际传播,是应对“两个大局”加速演进、深化文明交流互鉴、提高国家文化软实力、提升中国国际话语权和维护国家文化安全的必然要求。应在深刻认识中华优秀传统文化国际传播时代价值的基础上,以创新技术赋能中华优秀传统文化国际传播、加强中华优秀传统文化国际传播差异化供给、丰富中华优秀传统文化国际传播载体、培养高水平中华优秀传统文化国际传播人才队伍、构建具有中国特色的国际话语体系、建立全方位多元化中华优秀传统文化国际传播机制,用实际行动回答中国式现代化进程中的中华优秀传统文化国际传播这一时代命题。Fine traditional Chinese culture is the root and soul of the Chinese nation,and the cosmic view of the unity of man and nature,the world view of harmony of all nations,the social view of harmony but not uniformity,and the moral view of human kindness contained are not only the embodiment of the historical and humanistic heritageof the Chinese civilization,but also the solid foundation for China to gain a firm footing amidst global cultural interaction.The strength of the international communication of fine traditional Chinese culture comes from cultural confidence,the prerequisite is cultural consciousness,the most important way is dialogue among civilizations,and the ultimate goal is to achieve cultural prosperity.Strengthening the international communication of fine traditional Chinese culture is a natural requirement for responding to the accelerated evolution of the internal and international imperatives,deepening exchanges and mutual learning with other civilizations,improving the country's cultural soft power,enhancing China's voice in international affairs,and safeguarding the country's cultural security.On the basis of a deep understanding of the contemporary value of international communication of fine traditional Chinese culture,we should use the innovative technology,strengthen the differentiated supply,enrich the carriers,cultivate a high-level team of talents,build an international discourse system with Chinese characteristics,and establish an all-round and diversified mechanism for the international communication of fine traditional Chinese culture so as to answer,with practical actions,the proposition of the times about the international communication of fine traditional Chinese culture in the process of Chinese modernization.
