摘  要:职业教育服务乡村振兴战略既是时代赋予职业教育的神圣使命,也是职业院校实现高质量发展的重大机遇。吉林省职业院校应深刻认识当前职业教育在落实乡村振兴战略过程中面临着办学特色不突出、离农趋势日益显著、涉农培训形式及内容不符合农民农业实际需要、小农意识根深蒂固以及应对老龄化不足等瓶颈问题。各院校应通过优化专业设置强化涉农专业、明确涉农培训对象需求完善培训方式方法、转变小农意识、多种渠道发力积极应对农村老龄化等途径,肩负起职业教育服务乡村振兴战略的历史使命,加速推进乡村全面振兴。The strategy of vocational education serving rural revitalization is both a sacred mission entrusted by the times to vocational education and a major opportunity for vocational colleges to achieve high-quality development.Vocational colleges in Jilin Province should be keenly aware of the challenges that current vocational education face in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.These include the lack of distinctive school characteristics,a growing trend away from agriculture,agricultural training forms and content that do not meet the actual needs of farmers,deep-rooted small-scale farming consciousness,and insufficient response to aging.Colleges and universities should shoulder the historical mission of vocational education to serve the strategy of rural revitalization and accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas by optimizing the setting of majors,strengthening agriculture-related majors,clarifying the needs of agriculture-related training objects,improving training methods,changing small-scale peasant consciousness and actively responding to rural aging through various channels.
