摘　　要：实现“人的自由全面发展”是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的切实要求,是助力国家高质量发展的重要因素。思政课教师促进“人的自由全面发展”是坚持马克思主义理论指导的重要体现,是贯彻习近平文化思想的应有之义,是顺应历史发展潮流与国家发展要求的必然选择。从社会联系、劳动实践、自由个性、道德品质4个维度出发,探究思政课教师促进青少年自由全面发展的实践要求,有助于优化育人实践路径,培育高素质人才队伍。Realizing the“free and comprehensive development of human beings”is a practical requirement to meet the growing needs of the people for a better life,and an important factor in contributing to the country s high-quality development.The promotion of“free and comprehensive development of human being”by ideological and political teachers are the important embodiment of adhering to the guidance of Marxist theory,the implementation of“Xi Jinping's cultural thought”,and the inevitable choice to comply with the trend of historical development and the requirements of national development.Starting from the four dimensions of social connection,labor practice,free individuality and moral quality,we explore the practical requirements for ideological and political teacher to promote the free and comprehensive development of young people,optimize the practical path of parenting,and cultivate a high-quality talent team.
