摘 要:智慧教育是教育信息化发展的必然阶段,计算机学院作为信息技术人才培养的主阵地,专业师资队伍的培养和建设至关重要,是保障教学质量的基础。文章以广州应用科技学院软件工程专业为例,探讨了软件工程专业教学团队在构建与发展过程中存在的问题,提出了面向软件工程人才深度职业技能培养的TBL(团队式学习)教学模式。通过该模式,学生在职业团队化的软件人才培养过程中深入了解各类软件职业角色,帮助他们准确定位合适的职业岗位,有效提升了其就业竞争力。Smart education is an inevitable stage in the development of educational informatization.As the main battlefield for cultivating information technology talents,the cultivation and construction of professional teaching staff in the School of Computer Science is crucial and serves as the foundation for ensuring teaching quality.The article takes the software engineering major at Guangzhou College of Applied Science and Technology as an example to explore the problems that exist in the construction and development of software engineering teaching teams,and proposes a TBL(Team Based Learning)teaching model for deep vocational skills training of software engineering talents.Through this model,students gain a deep understanding of various software professional roles in the process of professional team oriented software talent cultivation,helping them accurately position suitable career positions and effectively enhance their employment competitiveness.
