高职院校生产性实训室的设计与应用研究——以新能源汽车检测线实训室为例

摘　　要：产教融合是职业教育的发展方向和重要支撑,建设生产性实训室是产教融合背景下,校企深度合作的有利体现。一个成功的生产性实训室既有利于高职院校解决实训教学的问题,也有利于企业节约人力成本和试错成本,更有利于推动行业的健康发展。文章以福建船政交通职业学院的新能源汽车检测线实训室为例,分析生产性实训基地建设的必要性和优势,对其建设流程和应用效果进行研究,旨在为其他生产性实训基地的建设提供参考与借鉴。The integration of production and education is the development direction and important support of vocational edu-cation,and the construction of productive training room is a favorable reflection of the deep cooperation between schools and enter-prises under the background of the integration of production and education.A successful productive training room is not only con-ducive to solving the problems of practical training teaching in higher vocational colleges,but also conducive to saving labor costs and trial and error costs for enterprises,and is more conducive to promoting the healthy development of the industry.This paper takes the production training room of new energy testing line of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College as an example to ana-lyze the necessity and advantages of the construction of production training base,and studies its construction process and applica-tion effect,aims to provide reference schemes and reference for the construction of other production training bases.
