摘 要:为提高智能电网接触器故障检测的准确性与及时性,保障智能电网安全稳定运行,提出一种基于人工智能技术的智能电网接触器故障自动化检测系统。系统通过CompactDAQ采集器采集接触器工作数据,并结合局部均值分解以及多尺度排列熵进行数据特征处理,通过粒子群算法优化参数后的最小二乘支持向量机进行故障分类。自动化检测系统对智能电网中接触器故障类型进行了详细分析,同时通过人工智能算法进行故障检测分类,保障故障检测准确及时。设计的接触器故障自动化检测试验表明,系统检测准确率平均在98%以上,检测延时极低。该检测系统可为智能电网接触器故障自动化检测提供有效的技术支撑。In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of smart grid contactor fault detection and ensure the safe and stable operation of smart grid,an automatic fault detection system of smart grid contactor based on artificial intelligence technology is proposed.The system collects the working data of the contactor through the CompactDAQ collector,combines the local mean decomposition and multi-scale permutation entropy for data feature processing,and classifies the faults by the least squares support vector machine after optimizing the parameters of the particle swarm algorithm.The automatic detection system analyzes the fault types of contactors in the smart grid in detail,and at the same time,the fault detection and classification are carried out through artificial intelligence algorithms to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of fault detection.The designed automatic fault detection test of contactor shows that the average detection accuracy of the automatic contactor fault detection system for research is more than 98%,and the detection delay is very low.The detection system can provide effective technical support for the automatic fault detection of smart grid contactors.
