大思政视域下辅导员开展思政实践教学的多维路径探究

摘　　要：大思政视域下有育人主体范围的拓展,有育人方式的拓宽,更有育人空间的延伸,辅导员应明确自身在大思政课中的角色与定位,发挥自身优势,开展协同育人,加强自我提升。思政实践教学是新时期大思政课的创新形式与有效补充,是辅导员落实立德树人任务的重要载体,也是解决学生实际问题与解决思想问题的有机统一。辅导员可以通过田野里的思政课、场馆里的思政课、大赛里的思政课、生活里的思政课等多维路径开展思政实践教学,全面提升学生的思想政治素养,培育具有良好思想品德、专业能力和创新精神的时代新人。From the perspective of ideological and political education,there is an expansion of the scope of educational subjects,an expansion of educational methods,and an extension of educational space.Counselors should clarify their role and positioning in ideological and political courses,leverage their own advantages,carry out collaborative education,and strengthen self-improvement.Ideological and political practice teaching is an innovative form and effective supplement to the new era's ideological and political courses.It is an important carrier for counselors to implement the task of cultivating morality and talents,and an organic unity of solving students'practical problems and solving their ideological problems.Counselors can carry out ideological and political practice teaching through multi-dimensional paths such as ideological and political courses in the fields,venues,competitions,and daily life,comprehensively improving students'ideological and political literacy,cultivating new era talents with good ideological and moral character,professional ability,and innovative spirit.
