摘　　要：目的探讨揿针治疗对儿童/青少年近视患者脉络膜厚度的影响。方法选取2022年7月-2023年10月期间广东省中医院珠海医院收治的80例儿童/青少年真性近视患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,即对照组、治疗组,其中对照组40例患者76只眼、治疗组40例患者75只眼。对照组患者给予单焦点框架光学镜片矫正至最佳视力,治疗组在对照组基础上给予穴位揿针治疗。对比两组裸眼视力水平、脉络膜(中心)厚度、等效球镜度、眼轴长度、调节幅度、中央角膜厚度、治疗安全性。结果治疗组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的裸眼视力水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的脉络膜(中心)厚度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的等效球镜度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的眼轴长度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组在治疗1个月、3个月、6个月的调节幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的中央角膜厚度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论揿针对儿童/青少年近视患者的治疗效果良好,可延缓患者裸眼视力水平的下降,改善患者的脉络膜(中心)厚度和调节幅度,降低患者的等效球镜度增长速度,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To explore the effect of pressing needle treatment on choroidal thickness in children/adolescents with myopia.Methods A total of 80 cases of children/adolescents with true myopia patients who visited the ophthalmology outpatient department of Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method.Among them,the treatment group consisted of 40 patients(75 eyes)and the control group consisted of 40 patients(76 eyes).The control group was given single focus frame optical lenses for correction to optimal vision.The treatment group received additional pressing needle treatment on the basis of the control group.A comparative analysis was conducted on naked eye vision level,choroidal thickness(center),equivalent spherical degree,axial length,adjustment amplitude,central corneal thickness,and treatment safety between the two groups of patients.Results The naked eye vision level of the treatment group patients were higher than those of the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The choroidal thickness(center)of patients in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The equivalent spherical degree of the treatment group patients was lower than that of the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the axial length comparison between the two groups of patients at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment.The adjustment amplitude of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the central corneal thickness between the two groups of patients at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment.Bot
