摘  要:在新的发展环境下,社会各界以及人们对高等教育科学发展的密切关注度越来越高,从当前的高校实际情况出发,高校要更好地进行科学发展,提高高等教育管理水平,做好高校人力资源项目的管理工作,这是非常有必要的。近年来,高校纷纷筹划开展各类综合性高等教育,希望通过高等教育为高校社会各界培养大批管理优秀人才,但在推进我国高校人力资源项目管理发展过程中,在各种社会客观因素的双重影响下,管理上的问题频频出现,不利于高校人力资源项目管理水平的不断提高,阻碍了高等教育更好地健康发展。本章从当前加强高校人力资源项目管理的重要意义所在出发,分析了高校加强人力资源项目管理工作存在的一些问题,提出了当前新形势下高校加强人力资源项目管理与绩效的总体改革发展思路。In the new development environment,all sectors of society and people are paying more and more attention to the scientific development of higher education.Starting from the actual situation of colleges and universities at present,it is very necessary for colleges and universities to carry out scientific development better,improve the management level of higher education,and do a good job in the management of university human resources projects.In recent years,colleges and universities have been planning to carry out various comprehensive higher educations.They hope to cultivate a large number of excellent management talents for all sectors of society through higher education.However,in the process of promoting the development of human resources project management in colleges and universities in China,under the dual influence of various social objective factors,management problems frequently occur,which is not conducive to the continuous improvement of the management level of university human resources projects and hinders the better and healthy development of higher education.Starting from the significance of strengthening the management of university human resources projects at present,this chapter analyzes some problems existing in strengthening the management of human resources projects in colleges and universities,and puts forward the overall reform and development ideas of strengthening the management and performance of university human resources projects under the current new situation.
