摘 要:目的研究Rood技术联合上肢康复机器人训练对脑卒中软瘫期患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月广东药科大学附属第一医院收治的60例脑卒中软瘫期患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、Rood刺激组和联合组,各20例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,Rood刺激组采用常规康复治疗和Rood刺激治疗,联合组采用常规康复治疗、Rood刺激治疗联合上肢康复机器人训练。比较三组的肌张力、上肢功能、平均肌电值(AEMG)。结果治疗后,三组改良Ashworth肌张力量表(MAS)评分比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组MAS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能量表(FMA-UE)评分比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组FMA-UE评分高于Rood刺激组和对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组AEMG均高于治疗前,且联合组高于Rood刺激组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Rood技术联合上肢康复机器人训练可以更好地诱发肌肉收缩,促进肌张力恢复,提高上肢运动能力。Objective Study on the effect of Rood technology combined with upper limb rehabilitation robot training on upper limb motor function in stroke patients with soft paralysis period.Methods Selecting 60 stroke patients with soft paralysis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January to December 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group,a Rood stimulation group,and a combination group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,the Rood stimulation group received conventional rehabilitation treatment and Rood stimulation treatment,and the combination group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,Rood stimulation treatment,and upper limb rehabilitation robot training.Compare the muscle tone,upper limb function,and average electromyography(AEMG)values of three groups.Results After treatment,comparison of three groups of Modified Ashworth Strengths Scale(MAS)scores,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of MAS scores between the combination group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,comparison of Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities(FMA-UE)scores among three groups,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The FMA-UE score of the combination group was higher than that of the Rood stimulation group and the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the AEMG levels in all three groups were higher than before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the Rood stimulation group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rood technology combined with upper limb rehabilitation robot training can better induce muscle contraction,promote muscle tone recovery,and improve upper limb mobility.
