摘  要:煤矿井下运输一直面临着复杂环境和安全挑战。为提高运输效率、保障安全,提出在煤矿井下运输中应用无轨胶轮车,并探讨了相关的车辆定位技术、车辆通信系统以及安全监控与预警系统。无轨胶轮车有着结构简单、操作便捷等优势,为煤矿井下运输带来了新的解决方案。针对煤矿井下环境的特殊性,车辆定位采用惯性导航和激光定位等精准定位技术,以确保车辆在狭窄复杂的环境中精准运行。车辆通信系统的建立能够实现车辆与井下控制中心的实时通信,保障信息传递和指令执行的准确性。而安全监控与预警系统的部署则通过传感器监测车辆运行状态和周围环境,及时发现并处理潜在的安全隐患,为煤矿井下运输提供了安全可靠的保障。Underground transportation in coal mines has always faced complex environments and safety challenges.To improve transportation efficiency and ensure safety,it was proposed to apply trackless rubber tired vehicles in underground coal mine transportation,and related vehicle positioning technology,vehicle communication system,and safety monitoring and early warning system were discussed.Trackless rubber tired vehicles have the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation,bringing new solutions for underground transportation in coal mines.In response to the particularity of the underground environment in coal mines,vehicle positioning adopts precise positioning technologies such as inertial navigation and laser positioning to ensure accurate operation of vehicles in narrow and complex environments.The establishment of a vehicle communication system can achieve real-time communication between vehicles and underground control centers,ensuring the accuracy of information transmission and instruction execution.The deployment of safety monitoring and early warning systems monitors the vehicle's operating status and surrounding environment through sensors,promptly identifying and addressing potential safety hazards,providing a safe and reliable guarantee for underground transportation in coal mines.
