摘 要:合格评估指标描述的是新建本科院校的理想状态,借鉴成果导向教育理念的思路,用理想的发展结果反向推导,可得出它们为通过评估应该努力的方向。沿着该方向进行建设和改革,可以实现以评促建的目的。职业本科高校通过比较自身与普通本科高校的合格评估指标,可以反向推导出自身应努力的发展方向:既在共性中找准坐标点,努力达到本科层次教育教学的基本要求,又在差异中找准发力点,以“产教融合、校企合作”为突破口,对标指标体系的要求改革人才培养模式,打造职业教育类型特色。The indicators for qualified evaluation describe the ideal state of newly-established vocational undergraduate colleges.By adopting the concept of outcome-based education and using ideal development results for reverse deduction,we can determine the directions these institutions should strive for to pass the evaluation.Constructing and reforming along these directions can achieve the purpose of promoting development through evaluation.Vocational undergraduate colleges can compare their own indicators with those of regular undergraduate colleges to deduce their own development directions.This allows them to both identify their position within common ground,striving to meet the basic requirements of undergraduate-level education and teaching,and to pinpoint areas for focused effort within the differences.Using “industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation” as a breakthrough point,they can reform talent cultivation models to meet the requirements of the indicator system and create distinctive characteristics of vocational education.
