摘 要:随着毫米波雷达成像技术的发展,近场三维成像技术成为研究的热点之一。采用合成孔径平面扫描技术可实现毫米波雷达的三维成像,相比于二维成像,三维成像能够呈现物体的高程信息。然而,应用该技术进行三维成像过程中,平台需折返上升多次扫描,运动扫描平台的非稳定性将对毫米波雷达成像效果产生显著影响,此时,若仅采用距离徙动(Range migration algorithm,RMA)算法进行成像,扫描平台不稳定性引起的行间数据错位会导致图像模糊。为了减小非稳定运动平台对毫米波雷达三维成像的影响,本文提出了一种行间数据互相关校准方法,用于对齐行间错位的数据,以减小非稳定运动平台的不稳定性对成像结果造成的影响。结果表明:行间数据互相关校准法可显著提高非稳定运动平台的毫米波雷达成像质量。此外,文中还进一步采用最小熵法实现了未知距离目标的成像,通过现场成像实验检验了最小熵法的有效性。With the development of millimeter wave radar imaging technology,near-field three-dimensional imaging technology has become one of the research hotspots.The use of synthetic aperture plane scanning technology can achieve three-dimensional imaging of millimeter wave radar.Compared to two-dimensional imaging,three-dimensional imaging can present elevation information of objects.However,in the process of applying this technology for 3D imaging,the platform needs to turn back and rise multiple times for scanning,and the instability of the motion scanning platform will have a significant impact on the imaging effect of millimeter wave radar.In this case,if only the Range Migration Algorithm(RMA)algorithm is used for imaging,the instability of the scanning platform will cause inter line data misalignment and result in image blurring.In order to reduce the impact of unstable motion platforms on three-dimensional imaging of millimeter wave radar,this paper proposes a cross correlation calibration method for inter row data,which is used to align data with inter row misalignment to reduce the impact of unstable motion platforms on imaging results.The results indicate that the inter row data correlation calibration method can significantly improve the imaging quality of millimeter wave radar on unstable moving platforms.In addition,the minimum entropy method was further used in the article to achieve imaging of unknown distance targets,and the effectiveness of the minimum entropy method was verified through on-site imaging experiments.
