摘  要:目的 深入分析和评估“三位一体”教学改革方法在医学教育领域的创新应用,重点探讨该方法如何通过结合理论教学、实践操作和临床实习的整合教学模式,促进医学生专业技能和临床思维能力的全面提升。方法 采用随机对照试验设计,试验组实施“三位一体”教学改革方法,对照组则接受传统教学。评估包括形成性和终结性评估以及学生自我评价问卷。结果 试验组的形成性评估成绩、终结性评估成绩(实践考试、理论考试)均高于对照组,问卷调查结果也显示试验组学生在多个能力维度上的自我评价显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 “三位一体”教学改革方法在提高医学生理论知识和临床技能方面具有显著效果,能够有效促进学生综合素质的发展。Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the innovative application of the"Trinity"teaching reform method in the field of medical education,with a focus on exploring how this method can promote the comprehensive improvement of medical students'professional skills and clinical thinking abilities through an integrated teaching model that combines theoretical teaching,practical operation,and clinical internship.Methods A randomized controlled trial design was adopted,with the experimental group implementing the"Trinity"teaching reform method and the control group receiving traditional teaching.Assessment tools included formative and summative assessments,as well as student self-evaluation questionnaires.Results The formative and summative assessment scores(practical and theoretical exams)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The questionnaire survey results also showed that the self-evaluation of the experimental group students in multiple ability dimensions was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"trinity"teaching reform method has significant effects in improving the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of medical students,and can effectively promote the development of students’comprehensive quality.
