实验诊断学教学中课程思政实施现状及挑战的探析

摘　　要：目的 分析实验诊断学教学中课程思政的实施现状,探讨其所面临的挑战及解决途径。方法 采用问卷调查的方法对新乡医学院参与实验诊断学授课的11名教师和完成实验诊断学课程学习的2018级、2019级共910名学生开展调查,并分析总体情况及各项结果。结果 课程思政在2019级学生实验诊断学教学中,教师和学生对其实施的满意度及对个人综合素质提升均高于2018级(P <0.05),课程思政的实施方式也更加多样化。结论 课程思政在实验诊断学中的实施更好地提升教师和学生的综合素质,同时对教师也提出了更高的要求,全员全程全方位的课程思政建设才能更好地落实“立德树人”的根本任务。Objective To analyze the current implementation status of curriculum ideological and political education in experimental diagnostics teaching,and explore the challenges and solutions it faces.Methods A total of 11 teachers who participated in the teaching of experimental diagnostics and 910 students who completed the course of experimental diagnostics in grade 2018 and 2019 at Xinxiang Medical University were investigated by questionnaire,and the overall situation and results were analyzed.Results In the teaching of experimental diagnostics for students of grade 2019,the satisfaction of teachers and students and the improvement of personal comprehensive quality were higher than those of grade 2018(P<0.05),and the implementation methods of curriculum ideological and political education were more diversified.Conclusion The implementation of curriculum ideological and political education in experimental diagnostics can better improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and students,and at the same time put forward higher requirements for teachers.Only by building the curriculum ideological and political education in an all-round way can we better implement the fundamental task of"cultivating people by virtue".
