摘 要:双元制职业教育模式源于德国,在我国经历从“拿来主义”到“择优选取”再到“本土化”的发展历程。当前,我国各职业教育类院校也积极应对新阶段的挑战,将理论与实践紧密结合,探索出适合中国国情、当地特色的教学模式。本文以中德两国的双元制职业教育模式为研究对象,回顾了双元制教育模式在欧洲、特别是在德国的起源与发展,分析双元制教育模式在中国本土化过程中所取得的成效,以及当前面临的主要发展困境,并对如何进一步深化双元制教育模式的本土化提出见解。The dual system vocational education model originated in Germany and has gone through a development process in China from"adoption"to"selective selection"and then to"localization".Currently,various vocational education institutions in China are ac‐tively responding to the challenges of the new stage,closely integrating theory with practice,and exploring teaching models that are suitable for China's national conditions and local characteristics.This article takes the dual vocational education model of China and Germany as the research object,reviews the origin and development of the dual education model in Europe,especially in Germany,analyzes the achievements of the dual education model in the process of localization in China,as well as the main development diffi‐culties currently faced,and puts forward insights on how to further deepen the localization of the dual education model.
