如何缓解高职院校毕业生的就业焦虑——基于心理弹性、就业认知视角的实证研究

摘　　要：使用计量方法对A省2024届1109名高职毕业生的调查研究显示,心理弹性与就业焦虑呈负相关,女生、农村学生及文科学生的心理弹性对就业焦虑影响更大。就业认知的悲观程度亦与就业焦虑正相关,且性别、地域和专业背景均对此有影响。为缓解就业焦虑,建议职业高校加强心理弹性培养,深化就业认知教育,建立全程覆盖的心理健康机制,实现全口径心理健康覆盖,并考虑特殊群体的心理健康教育常态化改造,提供个性化心理支持。An investigation using quantitative methods among 1,109 vocational college graduates of the 2024 in Province A reveals that psychological resilience is negatively correlated with employment anxiety,and the influence of psychological resilience on employment anxiety is greater among female students,rural students,and liberal arts students.The degree of pessimism in employment cognition is also positively correlated with employment anxiety,and gender,region,and professional background all have an impact on this.To alleviate employment anxiety,it is recommended that vocational colleges strengthen the cultivation of psychological resilience,deepen employment cognition education,establish a comprehensive mental health mechanism that covers the entire process,achieve full-spectrum mental health coverage,and consider the normalization of mental health education for special groups to provide personalized psychological support.
