以教育家精神为引领:学术资本主义语境下高校教师的角色重塑

摘  要:在学术资本主义语境下,高校教师的传统角色发生嬗变,表现为教学者角色式微、创业者角色形成、商品售卖者角色凸显,以及社会服务者角色弱化。高校教师传统角色的嬗变不利于高等教育高质量发展。以教育家精神引领高校教师角色重塑,可以赋予高校教师角色新的内涵、理想与发展路径。同时,教育家精神为高校教师的教学者角色、科研者角色和社会服务者角色的重塑提供了具体指向。学术资本主义语境下高校教师的角色重塑,需要国家、社会、高校以及教师多方面的合作与努力,如此才能促进高校教师将教育家精神内化于心、外铄于行。In the context of academic capitalism,the traditional roles of university teachers have undergone significant changes,characterized by a diminishing role as educators,the formation of an entrepreneurial role,a prominent role as commodity sellers,and a weakened role as social service providers.These shifts in the traditional roles of university teachers are detrimental to the high-quality development of higher education.Leading the reshaping of university teachers’roles with the spirit of educators can endow their roles with new connotations,ideals,and developmental paths.Additionally,the spirit of educators provides specific guidance for the reshaping of university teachers’roles as educators,researchers,and social service providers.The reshaping of university teachers’roles in the context of academic capitalism requires cooperation and effort from multiple parties including the state,society,universities,and teachers themselves.Only through such collaborative efforts can university teachers internalize the spirit of educators and manifest it in their actions.
