Objective:To explore the relations of B-cell lymphoma factor 10(BCL10)gene polymorphism with acute pancreatitis. Methods:A total of 90 patients with AP were selected as an AP group and 87 healthy people as a control group. The nucleotide database of National Center for Biotechnology Information was searched to screen 10 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of BCL10,and the SNPs of BCL10 was detected by SNapShot micro sequencing. The relationship between BCL10 SNPs loci and the severity, pathogenesis and clinical examination indexes of AP were analyzed by correlation analysis, and the independent risk factors of AP were discussed. Results:The frequencies of CC+CT genotype and C allelic gene of BCL10 rs4949928 in the AP group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The analysis of binary logistic regression model showed that history of diabetes, alcohol drinking and the C allelic gene of BCL10 were independent risk factors for AP(P<0.05).Conclusion:BCL10 gene polymorphism is associated with AP and C allelic gene of BCL10 rs4949928 is the associated cause.
