摘 要:教材的创造性使用包括理解教材、运用教材和反思教材使用三个重要环节,有利于提高教师育人站位、提升教书育人能力、深化育人担当等。具体来看,在创造性理解教材上,教师要深度剖析学科育人目标,明确育人方向;合理组织教材内容,将教材转变为学材;整合多样化教学资源,由知识传授者转向学习支持者。在特色化运用教材上,教师要以核心素养为导向,彰显教师在教学实践中的主体意识;以知识转化为路径,凸显教师的学科教学能力;以学生需求为核心,形成“为学而教”的育人实践。在基于实践反思教材使用上,教师要以核心素养为反思基础,强化育人初心;反思教材使用过程,塑造专业品格。The creative use of textbooks encompasses three key parts:understanding,utilizing,and reflecting on the textbooks.This approach is conducive to improving the teachers'professional qualities,such as their stance,ability,and responsibility for educating people.Specifically,in the process of creative understanding of textbooks,teachers should deeply analyze the educational objectives of the subject and clarify the direction of instruction;systematically organize teaching content and transform it into effective learning materials;and integrate diversified teaching resources,shifting their role from knowledge transmitters to learning supporters.In the characteristic use of textbooks,teachers should take the core competencies as the guide,highlighting the teachers'subjective consciousness;take knowledge transformation as the path,showing their pedagogical expertise;and center their instruction around students'needs,forming an educational practice focused on"teaching for learning".During the reflection phase,teachers should evaluate their methods based on core competencies and teaching evidence to enhance their educational initiatives and reflect on the process of using textbooks to promote their professional character.
