摘 要:学校需要走向治理现代化,现代学校治理应关注师生个体的充分发展,积极探索合作式对话,促进民主参与,建立多主体间的伙伴合作关系。本研究基于现代治理理念,针对初中学校课堂教学中学生“失语”、学生心理发展“失衡”、办学内生动力“失落”的问题,以对话哲学、主体间性理论、中国传统对话启发式教育为理论依据,以师生生命发展为目标,在教育教学过程中尊重人的主体性,进行对话教育的探索,建构“作为操作系统的对话教学新范式”“作为动力系统的教师同侪对话研修路径”“作为支持保障系统的对话治理机制”三大系统,营造“五维五共”对话育人生态,推动学校整体转型性变革,促进学校高质量发展。Schools need to modernize their governance.Modern school governance should focus on the individual development of both teachers and students,actively explore cooperative dialogue,promote democratic participation,and establish partnerships among multiple subjects.Based on modern governance concepts,this study addresses issues in junior high school classrooms,including the"silencing"of students,the"imbalance"in students'psychological development,and the"loss"of intrinsic motivation in running schools.Drawing on the philosophy of dialogue,inter-subjectivity theory and traditional Chinese heuristic education,and with a focus on the life development of teachers and students,this research explores dialogic education by respecting the subjectivity of individuals in the educational process.It aims to construct three systems:a new paradigm of dialogic teaching as an operational system,a peer dialogue-based professional development path for teachers as a driving system,and a dialogic governance mechanism as a support system.These systems create a"five-dimension,five-shared"dialogic education ecosystem,driving trans-formative change in schools and promoting high-quality development.
