摘 要:家庭教育是现代国民教育的重要组成部分,是促进儿童全面和谐发展的关键所在。提升家庭教育质量不仅是家长应尽的义务与责任,也需要学校、政府和社会对家庭教育的大力支持。日本家庭教育支援政策从政府、学校、社区、家庭等主体出发,制定了一系列家庭教育支援内容。本文从家庭教育支援政策的产生背景、基本理念和实践措施进行梳理和分析,并从中提炼出对我国开展家庭教育的三点启示:多管齐下,明确不同主体的责任与角色;专业支持,建立专门的家庭教育支持团队;活动强化,开展具体多样的家庭教育指导活动。Family education is an important component of modern national education and the key to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children.Improving the quality of family education is not only an obligation and responsibility that parents and grandparents should fulfll,but also requires strong support from schools,governments,and society.Japan's family education support policy has formulated a series of family education support contents from the perspectives of government,schools,communities,enterprises and other entities.This article sorts out and analyzes the systematic framework and specific characteristic practical activities of family education support policies,and extracts three inspirations for China's development of family education:Multiple approaches:Clarifying the responsibilities and roles of different entities;Professional support:Establish a dedicated family education support team;Activity strengthening:Carry out specific and diverse family education guidance activities.
