摘 要:为了优化食盐的物理结构和改变食盐分布形态,采用喷雾干燥法制备了特殊形态如微粉、球状等的低钠盐产品,探究了喷雾干燥过程中工艺条件对低钠盐微球形貌的影响。利用XRD、SEM-EDS等测试方法,表征了低钠盐产品的微观结构、表面形貌、元素分布。研究结果表明,在优化后喷雾工艺条件下可制备得到形貌圆润、颗粒密实、包覆效果好的低钠盐微球产品。In order to optimize the physical structure of table salt and change its distribution form,low-sodium salt products with special morphology such as micropowder and spherical shape are prepared with spray drying method.The influence of process conditions in the spray drying process on the microsphere morphology of low sodium salt is investigated.The microstructure,surface morphology,and elemental distribution of the low sodium salt products are characterized by XRD,SEM-EDS and other testing methods.The results show that under the optimized spraying process conditions,low sodium salt microspheres with round and smooth morphology,
