摘 要:谷物干燥处理是粮食存储和农产品加工中一个既重要又复杂的过程。由于该过程受诸多不确定因素的影响,因此实现精准控制意义重大。介绍一种基于模糊控制技术的谷物干燥控制系统,从系统原理、结构设计、参数选择等方面进行论述,通过对谷仓内温度、湿度两个参数的调节评价模糊控制技术运行的稳定性和可靠性,取得理想的结果,为该技术的开发与推广打下良好的基础。Grain drying is an important and complex process in grain storage and agricultural product processing.Since this process is affected by numerous uncertain factors,achieving precise control is of great significance.A grain drying control system based on fuzzy control technology was introduced.Various aspects were discussed in detail,including system principles,structural design,parameter selection,etc.,and operational performance of fuzzy control technology was evaluated by adjusting temperature and humidity paramet-ers in the barn.Stability and reliability were assessed,and technology achieved ideal results.This could lay a solid foundation for de-velopment and promotion of this technology.
