摘  要:提出了一种基于低粘度疏水性深共晶溶剂的简单、绿色超声液-液微萃取方法用于原子吸收光谱检测之前对硒进行富集和分离。配制了六种不同的深共晶溶剂用于硒的提取。槲皮素用于络合Se (Ⅳ)的试剂。并对p H值、槲皮素含量、深共晶溶剂类型及其组成等各种分析参数进行了优化。在最佳条件下,检测限为0.26 ng L^(-1),校准范围为0.7-130 ng L^(-1)。相对标准偏差为3.2%。该方法的准确性也通过检测有证参考物质得到证实。最终,该方法成功应用于食品领域中Se (Ⅳ)含量的检测。It proposes a simple,environment friendly ultrasonic liquid-liquid microextraction method based on a low-viscous hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent for the preconcentration and separation of selenium before atomic absorption spectrometry detection.Six different deep eutectic solvents are prepared for selenium extraction.Quercetin is a reagent used to complex with Se(IV).Various analytical parameters such as pH value,quercetin content,type of deep eutectic solvents and its composition are optimized.Under optimal conditions,the detection limit is O.26 ng·L^(-1)and the calibration range is 0.7~130 ng L^(-1).The relative standard deviation is 3.2%.The accuracy of the method is also confirmed by testing certified reference materials.Finally,this method is successfully applied to the detection of Se(IV)content in the food samples.
