摘　　要：应用型院校在区域经济社会发展中的作用日益凸显。硕士学位授予单位建设是应用型院校展示综合实力、提升办学层次、培养高层次人才的重要途径。为此,应当对标新增硕士学位授权审核申请基本条件,强化目标引领;优化学科专业体系,突出优势特色;引育高层次人才,建强师资队伍;强化学科平台建设,提升科学研究水平,从而高质量推进硕士学位授予单位建设。The role of application-oriented colleges and universities in the regional economic and social development has become increasingly prominent.Carrying out the project construction of master's degree conferring institution is an impor-tant way for application-oriented colleges and universities to show their comprehensive strength,improve the level of running a school,and cultivate high-level talents.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the development strategy and strengthen the goal guidance,optimize the discipline system and highlight the discipline characteristics,introduce and cultivate high-level talents and build a strong discipline team,and strengthen the platform construction and improve the scientific research ability to promote the project construction of master's degree conferring institution with high quality.
