摘 要:智能技术改变了传统职业教育的育人模式,对技能人才的知识结构、专业能力、职业素质提出了全新要求,这就需要职业教育教学探索出智慧化、个性化、共享化的新路径。然而,当前职业教育仍然面临着学生个性化需求难以满足、教师能力与数字化转型脱节、信息化手段应用不够、国际化合作不足等诸多困境。针对这些问题,提出了充分利用大数据、人工智能、深度学习、云计算等数字技术重新规划专业化的课程体系,提高智慧教学体验;构建“数字智能+立德树人”同向并行的育人体系,加快复合型人才培养;提高行业领域需求与人才培养的契合度,进一步深化产教融合;借鉴国际职业教育的办学经验,打造优质职教共同体,实现“智能+”助推职业教育高质量发展。Intelligent technology has changed the traditional mode of vocational education,and has put forward new requirements for the knowledge structure,professional ability,and professional quality of skilled talents.This requires exploring new paths of intelligence,personalization,and sharing in vocational education teaching.However,current vocational education still faces many difficulties,such as difficulty in meeting personalized needs of students,disconnection between teacher abilities and digital transformation,insufficient application of information technology,and insufficient international cooperation.In response to these issues,this article proposes to fully utilize digital technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,deep learning,and cloud computing to replan a specialized curriculum system to improve the experience of intelligent teaching;construct a parallel education system of“digital intelligence+moral education”to accelerate the cultivation of comprehensive talents;improve the compatibility between industry demand and talent cultivation,and further deepen the integration of industry and education;learn from the experience of international vocational education to build a high-quality vocational education community,and achieve“intelligence+”to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
