摘  要:在我国现代职业教育体系建设中,中职教育处于重要的基础地位,兼顾升学与就业双重职能,是职业教育发展的重点。加强中职教育的基础地位,提高中职教育的适应性和吸引力,创新教育教学模式,推进素质教育改革,是中职教育发展的必然选择。“三全育人”视域下中职学生人文素养的培育,是落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径,实现了立德和树人的统一,有利于促进中职学生全面发展和潜能发挥,对于提高中职学生职业素养与就业竞争力,提升职业发展的基础能力具有重要作用。In the construction of modern vocational education system in our country,secondary vocational education is in an important basic position.It’s giving consideration to the dual functions of college,employment and the focus of the development of vocational education.Strengthening the basic status of secondary vocational education,improving the adaptability and attractiveness of secondary vocational education,innovating education and teaching mode and promoting the reform of quality-oriented education are the inevitable choices for the development of secondary vocational education.The cultivation of humanistic quality of secondary vocational students from the perspective of“Three All Education”is an effective way to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and realizes the unity of morality and education,which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive development and potential play of secondary vocational students.It also plays an important role in improving secondary vocational students’professional quality and employment competitiveness,as well as enhancing their basic ability of career development.
