摘　　要：国家高度重视中药产业的发展,大力推动中药产业建设,然而中药技术技能人才紧缺和培养质量不佳等问题已严重制约中药产业的发展。基于当前培养中药人才的紧迫性和重要性,以关键的“中药制剂技术”课程作为改革研究对象,采用层次分析法设置课程考核评价指标,借助PLS-DA数据分析法进行评价分析,寻找关键差异并有针对性地提出改善的建议和措施,为推动“中药制剂技术”课程教学改革,提高中药技术技能人才的培养质量奠定基础。The state attaches great importance to the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry and vigorously promotes the construction of traditional Chinese medicine industry;however,the problems of shortage of technical and skillful talents in traditional Chinese medicine and poor quality of cultivation have seriously restricted the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Based on the urgency and importance of cultivating talents in traditional Chinese medicine,we take the key course of“Chinese pharmaceutical preparation technology”as the object of reform research,adopt a analytic hierarchy process to set up course assessment and evaluation indexes,and evaluate and analyze them with the help of PLS-DA data analysis method,to find out the key differences and put forward the suggestions and measures for improvement,so as to lay a foundation for the reform of the teaching of the course and the improvement of the quality of cultivating talents with traditional Chinese medicine technology and skills.
