毛茶提取物抑制黑色素和抗炎因子活性研究

摘　　要：通过乙醇/水为溶剂进行超声提取派潭镇毛茶得到毛茶提取物,体外测试中,对ABTS阳离子自由基清除率的IC50值为0.0013%(w/w)。在体外抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞实验中,31.25μg/mL和62.5μg/mL浓度下对黑色素的抑制率分别为11.66%和19.76%,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);当毛茶提取物的浓度≥62.5μg/mL时,对黑色素生成的相关基因表达量具有显著性抑制效果(P<0.05);在抑制炎症因子相关基因表达测试中,在毛茶提取物浓度≥31.25μg/mL时,对三种炎症因子相关基因表达均有极显著性抑制效果(P<0.01)。说明该毛茶提取物具有抗氧化、抑制黑色素和炎症因子的功效。By ultrasonic extraction with ethanol/water as solvent,the Maocha extract from Paitan town was obtained.In vitro test,the IC50 value of ABTS cationic free radical scavenging rate was 0.0013%(w/w).In vitro inhibition of B16 melanoma cells,the inhibition rates of melanin at 31.25μg/mL and 62.5μg/mL were 11.66%and 19.76%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.01).When the concentration of hairy tea ex-tract was≥62.5μg/mL,the expression of melanin-related genes could be significantly inhibited(P<0.05).In the test of genes expression inhibition related to inflammatory factors,when the concentration of Maocha extract was more than 31.25μg/mL,it had extremely significant inhibitory effect on the expression of three genes related to inflammatory factors(P<0.01).The results indicated that the Maocha extract has the effects of anti-oxi-dation,inhibiting melanin and inflammatory factors.
