摘 要:通过论述基于SPOC的PBL翻转课堂的“营养学”课程混合教学模式探索,介绍了教学目的和思路、教学设计、教学实施方案、教学效果评价等内容。实践证明,基于SPOC的PBL教学和翻转课堂的有机融合能够充分发挥学生的主观能动性,使学生获得更多的语言交流的机会,学生主动学习的概率大幅提升,培养了学生自主学习能力、创新思维能力、协作探究能力等,打破了“营养学”课程中传统的营养素为主线索的课程内容体系,形成具有系统性的营养学基础PBL翻转课堂教学模式,为新时代高校“营养学”课程教学改革提供了新思路。This article discusses the exploration of a blended learning model for nutrition courses in PBL flipped classrooms based on SPOC,introducing teaching objectives and ideas,teaching design,teaching implementation plans,and teaching effectiveness evaluation.Practice has proven that the organic integration of SPOC based PBL teaching and flipped classroom can fully tap into students’subjective initiative,provide more opportunities for language communication,and significantly increase the probability of active learning.The aim is to cultivate students’self-learning ability,innovative their thinking ability,collaborative exploration ability,and other qualities,providing an exploratory new path,breaking the traditional nutrient based curriculum content system in nutrition courses.Finally,a systematic PBL flipped classroom teaching model for the foundation of nutrition will be formed,providing new ideas for the reform of nutrition courses in universities in the new era.
