摘　　要：智慧教育将技术和教育深度融合,引领了教育的创新和改革,为个性化学习的实现提供了可能。通过以学生为中心、依托智慧学习环境及大数据平台、开展个性化教学辅导的个性化学习教学模式,构建了智慧教育背景下成人学生个性化学习的教学模式。将课前、课中、课后三个教学环节分步骤有效开展,以此改变传统的教学模式理念,探索更加符合成人学习者的学习需求和学习特点的教学模式。Smart education deeply integrates technology and education,promotes the innovation and reform of education,and provides the possibility for personalized learning.By putting students at the center,relying on smart learning and big data platforms to carry out personalized teaching and guidance,a personalized learning model for adult students under the context of smart education has been constructed.The three sessions of teaching before,during,and after class are effectively carried out step by step to change the concept of traditional teaching model and explore teaching models that are more in line with the learning needs and learning characteristics of adult learners.
