摘 要:团队已经成为现代社会组织创造价值的必备工具。当今社会节奏加快,员工面对的团队绩效压力随之增加。基于资源保存理论和期望理论,选取团队绩效压力对员工退缩行为这一角度进行研究,同时引入领导奖励缺失这一变量,通过探究团队绩效压力和员工退缩行为的关系及其可能的影响机制,以及领导奖励缺失对团队绩效压力和员工退缩行为的影响进行研究。研究结果显示,团队绩效压力对员工退缩行为有显著的正向影响,领导奖励缺失正向调节团队绩效压力与员工退缩行为之间的关系。建议企业要关注团队绩效压力的管理,重视员工的退缩行为,充分发挥领导激励作用,从而提高员工效率,促进组织生产水平的提升。Teams have become essential tools for organizations to create value in modern society.The pace of today’s society is accelerating,and employees are facing increased team performance pressure.Based on the resource conservation theory and expectation theory,this research selects the perspective of team performance pressure on employee withdrawal behavior,and introduces the variable of leadership reward deficiency.The research is carried out by exploring the relationship between team performance pressure and employee withdrawal behavior and its possible influencing mechanism,as well as the influence of leadership reward deficiency on team performance pressure and employee withdrawal behavior.The research results show that team performance pressure has a significant positive infl uence on employee withdrawal behavior,and the leadership reward defi ciency positively moderates the relationship between team performance pressure and employee withdrawal behavior.It is recommended that enterprises pay attention to the management of team performance pressure and value employees’withdrawal behavior,and fully leverage the role of leadership incentives,so as to improve the working effi ciency of the employee and promote the production level of the organization.
