教学阅片在检验医学科血液体液住院医师规范化培训中的实践探索

摘　　要：教学阅片是以临床病例的图像信息为教学内容,在指导医师的指导下,以住院医师为主体,将理论知识与临床病案和图像信息相结合的教学活动。该文以《住院医师规范化培训教学阅片指南(2022年版)》为依据,结合检验医学专业《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(2022年版)》在血液体液亚专业尝试开展了教学阅片活动,探索教学阅片教学模式的应用。通过制定详细的教学阅片计划、充分的准备工作,顺利开展教学阅片活动。这种互动式的教学方式激发了住院医师的学习热情,全面锻炼了其分析问题和解决问题的能力,强化了学习效果,得到住院医师的一致好评。在整个教学阅片准备与实施的过程中,指导医师不但提高了专业知识和授课技能,也增进了与住院医师的沟通和交流,真正实现了教学相长的目标。Teaching film-reading is a teaching activity that combines theoretical knowledge with clinical medical records and image information under the guidance of teachers,in which residents act as the main body.Based on the Teaching Film-reading in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition),the author tried to carry out teaching film-reading activities in the sub-major of hematology and body fluids in combination with the Training Content and Standards of laboratory medicine,and explored the application of teaching film-reading mode.Through a series of processes such as making a detailed teaching film-reading plan,full preparation and careful implementation,teaching film-reading activities were completed successfully.This interactive teaching method stimulated the residents'enthusiasm for learning,fully exercised their ability to analyze and solve problems,strengthened the learning effect,and got unanimous praise from the residents.In the whole process of preparation and implementation of the teaching film-reading,the instructor not only improved the professional knowledge and teaching skills,but also enhanced the communication and exchange with the residents,and truly realized the goal of"teaching and learning".
