摘　　要：医学伦理学教育在临床病理科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的重要作用往往被忽视,该文从医学伦理学教育在住培中的必要性,临床病理诊断过程中的医学伦理学问题,临床病理科住培教学问题、培训方式等方面进行了探讨。旨在强调医学伦理学教育在临床病理科住培中具有重要意义。建议在临床病理科住培中加强医学伦理学教育,有助于培养出更多具有良好医德医风的临床病理医师,为患者提供更优质的医疗服务。The important role of medical ethics education in the standardized training of pathological residents is often ignored.This paper discusses the necessity of medical ethics education in the standardized training of residents,the problems of medical ethics in the process of clinical pathological diagnosis,the main teaching problems of medical ethics in the standardized training of pathological residents,and the training methods of medical ethics in the standardized training of pathologists.The purpose is to emphasize the importance of medical ethics education in the standardized training of pathological residents.It suggest that the education of medical ethics should be strengthened in the standardized training of pathological residents,which will help to train more pathologists with good medical ethics and provide better medical services for patients.
