新时代高校班主任工作的困境与对策探析

摘　　要：高校班主任在大学“三全育人”过程中发挥着重要作用。新时代高校班主任工作面临岗位专业性弱化、时间精力有限、工作成效差异化、工作积极性不高、协同育人合力效果不明显等困境。该文通过研究和分析其背后原因,提出优化高校班主任管理工作的措施和对策,为提高班主任工作效率、完善班主任制度提供参考和借鉴。Class advisers play an important role in the process of comprehensive education in colleges and univer⁃sities.In the new era,class advisers are confronting predicaments such as weakened professionalism in their posi⁃tions,limited time and energy investment,different work results,low work enthusiasm and poor effects of collab⁃orative education.This paper proposes some feasible and effective countermeasures to optimize the management of class advisers by analyzing and studying the reasons behind the problems,so as to provide references for im⁃proving the work efficiency of class advisers and perfecting the class adviser system.
