摘 要:针对中医院校中西医临床专业学生兼用传统中医药理论和现代医学知识解决临床问题的培养目标,医学遗传学课程旨在以遗传学的理论、方法和思维模式研究和阐释人类疾病的遗传学机制,为学生全面夯实医学基础理论知识和深入拓展临床实践技能打下重要基础。在课程建设中,教师注重合理构建教学体系,以遗传病的发生机制、传递规律、诊治方法为线索,综合运用情境式、案例式、CBS、PBL等多种教学方法,以病例为引导科学设计和实施多元模块式教学。同时,合理利用OMIM人类遗传病数据库,适当拓展前沿领域;通过师生充分互动,建立传授和学习知识的立体网络,注重培养学生自主学习和立体化掌握知识的能力;注重思政元素挖掘,加强对学生综合素质的培养。The cultivation objective of the specialty of Integrated traditional Chinese and western clinical medicine is that the students can learn to solve clinical problems using both traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medical knowledge.Medical genetics uses the theories,methods,and thinking patterns of genetics to study and explain genetic mechanism of human diseases,laying a solid foundation for the students’acquisition of theoretical knowledge and development of clinical skills.The authors designed and implemented a multiple modular teaching mode,and constructed a feasible teaching system,focusing on the pathogenesis,transmission,diagnosis,and treatment of genetic diseases.They adopt diversified teaching methods of situational method,case method,CBS,and PBL,etc.,and make use of the human genetic disease database of OMIM(On-line Mendelian Inheritance in Man)to introduce cutting-edge developments in genetics.Based on adequate classroom interaction,the authors established a three-dimensional network of imparting and acquiring knowledge,which helps to cultivate autonomous learning ability in the students.They also explore elements of ideological and political education in the teaching content to improve the students’comprehensive quality.
