摘 要:不断提高医学生的培养质量是医学教育所需直面的重要现实问题。医学生的培养质量与教师的教育教学能力有着直接的内在关联。教学学术工作坊,作为一种以教师自身的教育教学实践为研究对象的教学学术组织形式,其直接关涉医学院校教师的教育教学能力。教学学术工作坊是医学院校教师教育教学能力提升的实践形态;而医学院校教师教育教学能力提升是教学学术工作坊的实践旨趣。以教育家精神为引领,促进医学院校教师队伍高质量发展,以教学学术共同体为抓手,提高医学院校教师教学学术水平以及以文化育人为保障,打造“一院一品”“一专一品”“一课一品”的育人文化是教学学术工作坊视域下医学院校教师教育教学能力的提升路径。Medical education needs to continuously improve the cultivation quality of medical students,which is closely related to the educational and teaching abilities of teachers.The workshops of the scholarship of teaching and learning is an academic organization form,focusing on teachers’educational and teaching practice,and it is directly related to the educational and teaching abilities of medical college teachers.The workshops of the scholarship of teaching and learning is the practical form of improving the educational and teaching abilities in medical college teachers;the improvement of the educational and teaching abilities of medical college teachers is the practical purpose of the workshops of the scholarship of teaching and learning.In sum,there are three paths to the enhancement of the educational and teaching abilities of medical college teachers from the perspective of the workshops of the scholarship of teaching and learning:promoting the high-quality development of the teaching staff,with the guidance of the educator’s spirit;improving the scholarship of teaching in medical colleges,with the community of the scholarship of teaching and learning as the starting point;creating an educational emvironmen of“One culture for each department”,“One culture for each specialty”and“One culture for each course”,with the cultural education as the guarantee.
