摘 要:目的 探讨多动症(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿实施心理行为治疗的临床效果和对其精神、心理的影响。方法 筛选2021年3月~2023年3月期间医院收治的80例ADHD患儿为对象展开研究,基于“随机数字表法”做1:1规范化分组,对照组纳入40例行ADHD常规治疗,观察组纳入40例接受常规治疗+心理行为干预,对比两组的临床疗效、注意缺陷多动障碍SNAP-Ⅳ评定量表-父母版(Chinese Version of Swanson Nolan and Pelham,VersionⅣScale-Parent Form,SNAP—Ⅳ)评分、Conners父母症状问卷(parent symptom questionaire,PSQ)评分。结果 对比2组的临床总有效率,观察组更高(P<0.05);2组治疗后SNAP-Ⅳ评分均为下降趋势,且观察组改变更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PSQ评分均低于治疗前,且观察组降低幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论 ADHD患儿采用心理行为干预,有利于缓解儿童核心症状,显著改善病情,临床疗效确切。Objective To explore the clinical effects of implementing psychological behavioral therapy in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)and its impact on their mental and psychological wellbeing.Methods A study was conducted on 80 children with ADHD admitted to the hospital between March 2021 and March 2023.Based on the "random number table method",a 1:1 standardized grouping was conducted.40 cases of ADHD conventional treatment were included in the control group,and 40 cases of ADHD conventional treatment and psychological behavioral intervention were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared The Chinese Version of Swanson Nolan and Pelham(SNAP-Ⅳ)Scale for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ)score.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the SNAP Ⅳ scores in both groups showed a downward trend,and the observation group showed more significant changes(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQ scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention is beneficial for alleviating core symptoms in children with ADHD,significantly improving their condition,and providing definite clinical efficacy.
