摘 要:为研究各种工况下刮板输送机链传动系统的动力学特性,对圆环链与链轮啮合过程进行理论分析,建立基于RecurDyn的链传动系统刚柔耦合等效仿真模型。分别对卡链、断链和正常运行3种工况进行仿真,分析平环与立环、平环与链轮接触的动力学特性。得出3种工况下平环与立环间拉力、平环与链轮间接触力的变化规律,以及柔性圆环链在平稳运行阶段和卡链时最大应力的变化规律。结果表明:正常运行阶段和卡链时的圆环链间拉力最大值分别为49.47 kN和79.78 kN,均大于链环和链轮的接触力45 kN和55 kN;正常运行阶段和卡链时圆环链的最大应力分别为168.7 MPa和259.29 MPa,均小于材料的屈服强度835 MPa。研究成果为链传动系统啮合特性研究提供了参考。To study the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor under various working conditions,a theoretical analysis of the meshing process between the circular ring chain and the sprocket was conducted.An equivalent rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the chain drive system was established based on RecurDyn.Simulations were performed for three conditions:chain jamming,chain breakage,and normal operation.The dynamic characteristics of the contact between the horizontal ring and vertical ring,horizontal rig and the sprocket were analyzed.The change laws in the tension between horizontal ring and vertical ring,the contact force between the horizontal ring and the sprocket under the three conditions,and the change laws of maximum stress in the flexible circular ring chain during stable operation and chain jamming were obtained.The results show that the maximum tensile forces between the circular ring chains during normal operation and chain jamming are 49.47 kN and 79.78 kN,respectively,which are greater than the contact forces between the chain ring and sprocket of 45 kN and 55 kN.The maximum stresses of the chain ring during normal operation and chain jamming are 168.7 MPa and 259.29 MPa,respectively,which are lower than the yield strength of the material of 835 MPa.The research results provide reference for the study of the meshing characteristics of chain drive system.
