摘 要:在新时代发展背景下,结合社会形势,参考相关研究设计调查问卷,运用描述性统计分析、单因素方差分析等统计分析法对学前教育专业人才培养需求进行剖析。结果表明,人才培养目标方面,专业培养目标和效果满足社会就业的需要得分最低;专业课程设置方面,开设有凸显地域特色的课程得分最低;专业教学环境方面,学校实训基地满足专业要求和幼儿园教育环境创建与设计满足专业发展需要得分最低;人才培养制度方面,高校实行校外幼儿园等机构合作的力度和政府与高校合作参与管理与培养的力度得分较低。由单因素方差分析可知,开设有凸显地域特色的课程及学校实训基地满足专业要求需求均在0.1的显著性水平上会因年级的不同而不同,年级越高得分均值相对越高。Under the of the development of the new era,and through the combination of the social situation,the study designs the questionnaire with reference to relevant research,and analyzes the training needs of preschool education professionals with statistical analysis methods,such as descriptive statistical analysis and one-way ANOVA.The results show that,in terms of talent training objectives,the score of professional training objectives and effects meeting the needs of social employment is the lowest;in terms of professional curriculum setting,the score of courses with prominent regional characteristics is the lowest;in terms of professional teaching environment,the score of school training bases meeting the requirements of majors and the score of kindergarten education environment creation and design and meeting the needs of professional development is the lowest;in terms of personnel training system,the intensity of cooperation between institutions such as out-of-school kindergartens and the combination of government and universities in management and training scores are lower.According to the One-way ANOVA,the courses with prominent regional characteristics and the school training base meeting the major requirements are different at the significance level of 0.1 depending on the grade.The higher the grade is,the higher the mean score is.
