摘　　要：为探讨父母元情绪对大学生手机成瘾的影响及其机制,采用问卷调查法开展探讨。结果表明,父母的情绪认知、情绪表达、情绪回应和大学生手机成瘾情况4个维度间在0.01的水平上显著相关。线性回归分析进一步显示,父母的情绪认知和情绪回应会显著影响大学生的手机成瘾现象,而情绪表达的影响不显著。分位数回归分析表明,在0.25、0.50和0.75的分位数上情绪认知与情绪表达均显著影响大学生的手机成瘾程度,明确了影响大学生手机成瘾的具体机制。在家庭教育中家长需不断提升情绪管理能力,学校和社会机构应通过心理咨询服务和情绪管理培训课程等加强对大学生的心理支持与干预。The study explores the influence and its mechanism of parental meta-emotion on mobile phone addiction in college students with questionnaire survey.The results show that parents’emotional cognition,emotional expression and emotional response are significantly correlated with college students’mobile phone addiction at 0.01 level.Further linear regression analysis shows that parents’emotional cognition and emotional response can significantly affect college students’mobile phone addiction,but the influence of emotional expression is not significant.Quantile regression analysis shows that emotion cognition and emotion expression significantly affect mobile phone addiction of college students at the quantiles of 0.25,0.50 and 0.75,and identifies the specific mechanism affecting mobile phone addiction of college students.In family education,parents should constantly improve their emotional management ability.Schools and social institutions should strengthen psychological support and intervention for college students through psychological counseling services and emotional management training courses.
