摘  要:在全球化和科技革命的推动下,医学教育正经历着深刻的变革。“新医科”作为一种新兴教育理念,强调医学与多学科的深度交叉融合,致力于培养具备创新能力的医学人才,以适应健康中国规划的实施和新时代对医学人才的需求。本研究通过分析综合性高校在医学本科生创新能力培养方面的现状与挑战,提出了构建跨学科课程体系、创新教学方法、加强科研训练,以及建立多元化评价体系等策略。这些策略旨在激发学生的创新思维,提升其解决复杂医学问题的能力,并培养具有国际视野和社会责任感的医学人才。Driven by globalization and technological revolution,medical education is undergoing profound changes.The“New Medicine”,as an emerging educational concept,emphasizes the deep integration of medicine with multiple disciplines,and is committed to cultivating medical talents with innovative capabilities to meet the implementation of the Healthy China strategy and the demands of the new era for medical professionals.This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of comprehensive universities in cultivating the innovative abilities of undergraduate medical students,and proposes strategies such as building an interdisciplinary curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,strengthening scientific research training,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.These strategies aim to stimulate students’innovative thinking,enhance their ability to solve complex medical problems,and cultivate medical talents with an international perspective and a sense of social responsibility.
