摘　　要：针对中国医学院校本科生创新创业能力培养现状,以实验教学管理中心为例,打破以单个实验教学中心为单位的管理运行机制,重新从不同实验室抽调各学科高学历、高职称的中青年骨干教师组成创新创业专项工作团队,弥补以前管理运行模式中人员数量少、精力不足、责任划分不明确等缺陷,期望通过创新管理运行机制促进医学本科生创新创业能力的培养。基于此,本研究开展在团队工作新模式下促进学生创新创业能力提高的实践,并取得了可喜成绩,为促进中国高校创新创业培养提供参考。In view of the current situation of medical college undergraduates’innovation and entrepreneurship ability training and taking the experimental teaching management center as an example,we have broken the management and operation mechanism of taking the laboratory as the unit and re-recruited young and middleaged backbone teachers with high academic degrees and high professional titles from different laboratories to form a special work team for innovation and entrepreneurship.To make up for the shortcomings of the previous management mode,such as small number of staff members,lack of energy and unclear division of responsibilities,it is expected to promote the cultivation of medical undergraduates’innovation and entrepreneurship ability through the innovation management and operation mechanism.Based on this,the practice of promoting students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the new mode of teamwork has been carried out,and gratifying results have been obtained,which provides a reference for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship training at colleges and universities.
