摘　　要：目的了解山东省三甲医院消化内科护士的营养护理能力现状并分析其影响因素,为提高消化内科护士的营养护理能力提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,于2022年3—4月应用临床护士营养护理能力量表和自行编制的一般资料问卷,以问卷星的方式对山东省17个地级市三甲医院消化内科的378名护士进行横断面调查,观察指标包括基础资料、营养知识掌握的相关情况信息。结果共回收有效问卷362份,问卷有效回收率96%,消化内科护士营养护理能力总分为(240.45±32.46)分,得分较高的维度为营养支持护理能力(70.75±9.81)分和营养护理相关素质(59.38±8.37)分;单因素方差分析结果显示:第一学历、培训频率、营养知识掌握自评情况是营养护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论山东省消化内科护士营养护理能力有待进一步提高,护理管理者应着重加强消化内科护士的营养专业知识、临床营养评估和健康教育能力的培训,从而提高消化内科护士整体的营养护理能力。Objective To assess the current status of nutritional care competence among nurses in the gastroenterology departments of tertiary hospitals in Shandong province and to analyze the influencing factors.The aim is to provide a reference for enhancing the nutritional care competence of gastroenterology nurses.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the Clinical Nurse Nutritional Care Competence Scale and a self-developed general information questionnaire.Convenience sampling was employed to survey 378 gastroenterology nurses from tertiary hospitals in 17 prefecture-level cities of Shandong province via Questionnaire Star from March to April 2022.Observation indicators include relevant information on basic data and knowledge of nutrition.Results A total of 362 valid questionnaires were retrieved,with an effective response rate of 96%.The overall score for nutritional care competence among gastroenterology nurses was(240.45±32.46),with the highestscoring dimensions being nutritional support care competence(70.75±9.81)and nutritional care-related qualities(59.38±8.37).One-way ANOVA results indicated that the level of education,frequency of training,and self-assessment of nutritional knowledge were influencing factors for nutritional care competence(P<0.05).Conclusions The nutritional care competence of gastroenterology nurses in Shandong province requires further improvement.Nursing managers should focus on enhancing the training of gastroenterology nurses in nutritional expertise,clinical nutrition assessment,and health education skills to improve nurses overall nutritional care competence.
