新时代立德树人视域下高校榜样育人模式研究——以东华理工大学打造“先进人物群雕”为例

摘　　要：伴随网络社会价值选择的多样化和大学生主体意识的增强,榜样教育要贴近大学生实际需求,提升实效性。高校在先进典型培育方面,应从价值取向、机制设计、路径选择和载体定位等多个层面进行探索与实践;要注重构建“品牌化”思政育人新模式,通过充分挖掘校本资源,将“身边的榜样”打造成鲜活的思想政治工作资源。这种思政育人模式成功实现了育人效果的提升,即从“天边到身边”的贴近性转变,从“个体到整体”的广泛性影响,以及从“感动到行动”的实践性提升。With the diversification of value choices on the internet and the enhancement of college students′subjective consciousness,role model education needs to be more closely aligned with students′needs and its effectiveness to be improved.In cultivating advanced typical figures,colleges and universities should explore and practice from multiple levels,such as value orientation,mechanism design,path selection,and carrier positioning.We should focus on innovating and constructing a new model of"branding"ideological and political education,and through fully exploring school-based resources,we shape"models around us"as fresh ideological and political work resources.This model has successfully achieved significant improvement in the effectiveness of education,namely the transformation"from the horizon to the side"and"from the individual to the whole",as well as the practical improvement"from being moved to action".
