摘　　要：相对于科学取向的口述史研究而言,英国教师口述史研究把“隐藏在历史之外”的教师群体带入学术和公众视野,具有以“教师”为核心价值关切的人文性特点。通过研究20世纪90年代以来英国教师口述史研究的相关作品,可以发现其中蕴含的“人文性”表现在两方面:一是立足教师的生命体验和精神世界、探寻具有社会意义的教师集体记忆,勾画出具有浓厚人文气息的历史图景;二是从历史的人性维度反思历史“真实性”、历史“多元性”和“如何收集、使用口述史料”等关键议题,形成确守人文立场的方法技艺。英国教师口述史研究对于理解“教育口述史的人文性何以必要和可能”具有借鉴意义。In contrast to scientifically orientated oral history research,teachers'oral history research in the UK has a humanistic character centred on teachers,bringing teachers"hidden from history"into the academic and public eye.By analysing the research work on teachers'oral history in the UK from the 1990s onwards,we can outline the humanistic features in two ways:firstly,by focusing on the teachers'life experiences and spiritual world and exploring the collective memory of teachers with social significance,a historical composition with strong humanistic colours is outlined;secondly,by reflecting on the"authenticity"of history and"how to collect and use oral history materials"from the human dimension of history,a"craft-like"approach with a humanistic stance is developed.The study of teachers'oral history in the UK is informative for understanding"necessity and possibility of a humanistic approach to oral history in education".
