摘 要:目的分析免疫学检验教学在新医科建设背景下实施资源共建共享模式的可行性。方法选取2023年1—10月本校检验技术学院大二年级1班及2班学生作为观察对象,1班有45人,设为对照组,2班有42人,设为观察组,对照组采取常规教学模式,观察组采取资源共建共享教学模式,观察两组学生免疫学检验知识学习后的考核成绩,并调查学生的综合能力、学生对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组考核合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生的综合能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在新医科建设背景下,免疫学检验教学中采取共建共享模式可提升教学质量,帮助学生学习丰富的免疫学检验知识,提升学生的综合能力。Objective To analyze feasibility of implementing resource sharing model for immunological laboratory teaching under backgroud of new medical construction.Methods The paper chose students in Class 1 and Class 2 of a medical college from January 2023 to October 2023,as observation subjects.45 students in Class 1 were included in control group,while 42 students in Class 2 in observation group.Control group was treated with routine teaching mode,while observation group with resource sharing teaching mode.Assessment scores were observed between two groups after learning immunological laboratory knowledge,comprehensive abilities and satisfaction degree with teaching mode were investigated.Results Pass rate of observation group was higher than control group,p<0.05.Comprehensive ability scores of observation group were higher than control group,p<0.05.Teaching satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,p<0.05.Conclusion Under background new medical construction,co-construction and sharing model can improve teaching quality,help students learn more immunological laboratory knowledge,and enhance their comprehensive abilities during immunological laboratory t eaching.
